By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services and Products
2.1 Product Description
CoupleBox offers curated intimate experience boxes designed for couples to enhance their relationship through thoughtful questions and activities. Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
2.2 Matching Service
Our platform includes a partner matching service based on compatibility questions. This service is provided for entertainment purposes and we make no guarantees regarding relationship outcomes.
2.3 Age Restriction
Our products and services are exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Process
Orders are placed through our website. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject orders in exceptional circumstances.
3.2 Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency that applies to your selected delivery country (for example CHF, EUR, or GBP). The price at checkout when we confirm your order applies.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept major cards through Stripe. TWINT may be offered only for deliveries to Switzerland where enabled. Available payment methods can vary by country.
3.4 Payment Security
All payment information is processed securely through encrypted connections. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier service level. Indicative transit times are shown at checkout; scheduled delivery windows may require the minimum preparation lead time configured for your destination.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the price for eligible destinations where stated at checkout. Additional duties, taxes, or carrier surcharges may apply depending on the destination and are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.3 Delivery Issues
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete.
5. Returns, hygiene products and statutory rights
5.1 No general returns (hygiene): As a rule we do not accept returns of intimate, wellness or hygiene products supplied by us (including items in CoupleBox boxes). For hygiene and safety reasons, the purchase is final once products have been opened, used, or can no longer be resold.
5.2 Defective unused electrical items and supplier process: If an electrical intimate product (for example a vibrator) is defective but unused and, where applicable, still sealed in original packaging, we may at our discretion try to pursue a return or warranty claim with the supplier or manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that this will succeed; it depends on third-party policies and timelines.
5.3 Your responsibility (allergies and correct use): You are responsible for reviewing product information, materials, and manufacturer instructions before use. This includes allergies, sensitivities, and correct handling. We are not liable for reactions, injuries, or discomfort resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, incomplete information on your side, or undisclosed allergies.
5.4 Contact for transport damage or defects before use: If you notice transport damage or a suspected defect before use, contact us promptly at info@couplebox.ch with your order number and, where helpful, photos.
Any mandatory statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected where applicable.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is handled in accordance with Swiss data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Intimate preferences and compatibility data are processed confidentially and are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
7. Liability and Warranty
7.1 Product Warranty
We warrant that our products are free from defects at the time of delivery. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Switzerland.
8.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
